 All current Merlin remotes are compatible with Merlin gate openers.
To choose the best remote for your needs, consider how you typically access your gate. For example, the Car Visor Remote is deal if you mostly enter via your vehicle while the Wireless Wall Mount Remote is convenient for fixed indoor access. 

If you experience an operational issue or power outage, you can manually disengage your gate motor. The exact procedure will depend on the specific Merlin gate opener model you have.

We will demonstrate this process for you after installation, and we are also available to guide you through it if the need arises.

Alternatively, you can use the links on this page to locate your gate opener model and follow the relevant “how‑to” instructions.

 Our warranty periods vary depending on the motor purchased.  3 years for our gate openers and 1 to 3 year for our accessories. You can find this information in your product manual or in the corresponding product section.
